Shipping & Return Policy

Items are shipped via USPS or UPS Monday-Friday (excluding Holidays). Please allow  1-3 days for your order to be processed. Standard shipping takes approximately 4-7 business days depending on where you live.  We are as excited to ship your goodies, as you are to receive them!  We will always do our best to get your items out the door as soon as possible! 


It is our hope that you will be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selection, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.  Store credit never expires!

Items received after 14 days of purchase will not be accepted. It is up to the buyer to get the returned items back to us within that 14 day window. Buyer is also responsible for all return shipping cost incurred. Shipping fees are non refundable. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number for your return package, as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit.

Items must be in NEW condition with tags still attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered. We do reserve the right to refuse a return based on the condition of the item. 

ALL promotional items, sale items, intimate apparel, earrings, and shoes are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.  Gift cards are final sale as well and cannot be refunded.

Please fill out a form under the Contact Us tab on our Home Page with your name, contact info, order number, and the reason for return.
